Yes, it is possible to cancel an order. To do so, you will need to call us at (859) 428-1000 Mon-Fri 9-7:30 EST. However, we do ship orders out soon after orders are placed, so if you need to cancel, it is best to do so immediately.
It is not possible to make changes to addresses or items in an order once it has been submitted. If an order has an item or address that is incorrect, you will need to give us a call, and we can cancel the order and place a new one.
Orders placed over a weekend are shipped out the following Monday, so these are difficult to catch or cancel. If you place an order on a weekend and it has a change that needs to be made, it is best to call us when we open Monday morning 9 am. so we can cancel the order and make a new one.
