Generally, the following guidelines can be used for determining what size will work well for your dog:
Dinovite for Small Dogs: We consider a small dog a toy breed
like a Chihuahua. Each scoop contains
enough supplement to fortify 1/2 to 1 cup of dog food each day. There
are 90 servings in each box. A small dog weighs under 15 lbs. and eats
between 1/2 cup and 1 cup of food daily. For extremely small tea cup
breeds, weighing under 5 lbs., you can consider feeding them 1/2 scoop
of Dinovite per day.
Dinovite for Medium Dogs: We consider a medium dog a breed
like a Beagle. Each scoop contains
enough supplement to fortify 2 cups of food each day. There are 90
servings in each box. A medium dog weighs between about 15 lbs. to
about 45 lbs. and eats between 1+ cups and 2 cups of food daily.
Dinovite for Large Dogs: We consider a large dog a breed like a
Labrador Retriever. Each scoop
contains enough supplement to fortify 3 cups of food each day. There are
90 servings in each box. A large dog weighs between about 45 lbs. and
65 lbs. and eats between 2+ cups and 3 cups of food daily.
Dinovite for Giant Dogs: We consider giant breeds to be dogs
like American Bull Dogs, Great Danes
and Mastiffs to name a few. Each scoop contains enough supplement to
fortify 4 cups of food each day. There are 90 servings in each box. A
giant dog weighs over 65 or 70 lbs. and eats 3+ cups of food or more.
Dinovite for Multi Dog Homes: This box contains a LOT of Dinovite for Dogs and is meant to serve a household that has multiple dogs. This size Dinovite comes with 4 scoops, one for each size dog. How long this size will last for your household will depend on the number of dogs you have and their sizes. For example, this box would last approximately 6 months for a home with 4 medium sized dogs. It's best to refrigerate or freeze this product if you will not be using it up within about 4-6 months to keep the nutrients as fresh as possible.
